Refund Policy for Premium Plans
When purchasing a Premium Plan on AZSport, you may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future automatic renewals. After cancellation, you will retain access to your Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the payment date, and refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
You canceled the auto-renewal, but your plan was still charged in the next billing cycle due to a system processing delay.
There is a confirmed technical issue preventing your Premium features from functioning properly (e.g., ad-free mode not activated, enhanced tools or features not accessible).
Evidence or screenshots may be required so our team can verify the issue.
We do not issue refunds in situations such as:
Logging in with a different email from the one used during payment, causing Premium features not to activate.
(In this case, we will assist you in locating the correct account.)
Accounts that have used more than 50% of the membership duration.
Cases where Premium features are functioning normally, but the user no longer wishes to continue the service.
Failure to use the service due to personal device or network issues.
If a refund is approved, access to Premium features will be revoked immediately.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
Processing time is determined by the payment provider, and AZSport cannot accelerate this process.
We are not responsible for bank fees, conversion charges, or overdraft fees. Please contact your bank directly for any fee-related issues.
